However, depending on the brand and the model of mattress, the warranty period and type could be different. We will always stick by your side to promptly have your mattress repaired or even replaced with the manufacturer, if you have any issues.

Exchange & Returns Policy
You may return and get a full refund minus $75 for a restocking fee on any mattresses within 30 days of a delivery or an in-store purchase, providing the product is in its original condition.
Our main priority is that you are satisfied with your decision. This is why, we are more than happy to offer a 100 night sleep trial on most of our mattresses. Within this period, if you are unhappy with your selection, we are happy to exchange your mattress with any other mattress!

Delivery Policy
Mattress Delivery & Shipping Policy
We provide Canada-wide and free of charge shipping for all our Bed in Box Mattresses (mattresses that come rolled up).
Your order will be delivered anywhere in Canada, roll packed in a box via one of our shipping partners such as Purolator or UPS.
Within the Greater Toronto Area, your order will be delivered to you via our very own delivery professionals, in our own trucks.
Orders placed in-store or online will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
