Its medium feel is one of the most versatile choices. Side sleepers get cushioning at the shoulders and hips, back and combination sleepers get solid support, and couples with different preferences usually both find it comfortable.
Yes. It’s engineered with cooling performance technologies: the CoolFeel™ Plus cover is cool to the touch, and the Cool Twist® Gel Memory Foam helps enhance airflow and heat dissipation, while the coil system lets air move through the mattress.
Sleep on it for up to 100 nights. If it isn’t right for you, you can exchange it once for a different mattress, and you’re free to choose another model or brand. If your new mattress costs more, you simply pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference. Exchanges are available in Ontario within 250 km of our showroom.
The coil system is divided into three zones: comfort under your shoulders, support in the middle and comfort under your legs. The firmer centre third, plus the Serta® Relief-Gel Zone above it, gives your lower back and hips extra support for all-night alignment.
The Panacea has its comfort layers on top only, so it should not be flipped. Rotate it 180° every 3 to 6 months to help it wear evenly.
Yes. Serta lists the Panacea as adjustable-base friendly. It also works on a firm box spring or a platform bed with slats no more than 3″ apart. Queen and king sizes need a frame with centre support.
Perfect Sleeper® mattresses are made in Canada with domestic and imported parts, and their foams are CertiPUR-US® certified for content, emissions and durability.
Perfect Sleeper® mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty from Serta that covers defects in materials and workmanship, such as broken coils or body impressions deeper than the manufacturer’s limit. If an issue comes up, contact us first and we’ll handle the claim with Serta for you.
