Exchange & Returns Policy

Mattress Exchange or Return

Currently, we only accept returns & exchanges on mattresses for clients located within Ontario. All mattresses will come with a 100 night sleep trial and you are entitled to exchange your mattress for another model, if you decide that perhaps your current mattress was not the right choice. Of course, the mattress will need to be in its original condition for the exchange to be eligible. If you prefer not to exchange but to simply return your mattress, this must be done within the first 30 days after the delivery of your mattress. You will be entitled to a full refund, minus a re-stocking fee of $75.  Each order is entitled to just one exchange. If you have placed your order online, please contact us via telephone or e-mail and one of our customer care representatives will be happy to help you.

When you purchase a new mattress, our main priority is that you are satisfied with your decision. There is no way of finding out whether your new mattress is the perfect fit until you have tried it in the comfort of your own home.

Bed Frames, Accessories and Custom Mattresses

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the bed frame or accessory you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.

Custom mattress sales are final and there will be no returns/exchanges available on a custom mattress.
