Exchange & Returns Policy
Mattress Exchange or Return
Currently, we only accept returns & exchanges on mattresses for clients located within Ontario. You are entitled to return/cancel all unopened mattresses within 14 days of your order for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Once your mattress is unboxed/unwrapped, you are only entitled for an exchange under the 100 night sleep trial. There are no refunds on opened/unboxed merchandise. Of course, the mattress will need to be in its original condition for the exchange to be eligible. Each order is entitled to just one exchange. Bed Frames, Accessories and Custom Mattresses
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the bed frame or accessory you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.
Custom mattress sales are final and there will be no returns/exchanges available on a custom mattress.
