Mattress Exchange or Return
You may return and get a full refund minus $75 for a restocking fee on any mattresses within 30 days of a delivery or an in-store purchase, providing the product is in its original condition. If you have placed your order online, please contact us via telephone or e-mail and one of our customer care representatives will be happy to help you.
When you purchase a new mattress, our main priority is that you are satisfied with your decision. There is no way of finding out whether your new mattress is the perfect fit until you have tried it in the comfort of your own home. This is why, we are more than happy to offer a 100 night sleep trial on most of our mattresses. Within this period, if you are unhappy with your selection, we are happy to exchange your mattress with any other mattress!
Bed Frames and Accessories
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the bed frame or accessory you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.
