Free delivery within 250 km of our showroom, and bed-in-a-box mattresses shipped anywhere in Canada.
We want your new mattress in your bedroom as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery areas, fees, timelines and what happens on delivery day.

How long delivery takes
Delivery times depend on the brand and on where you live. Your cart and checkout show an estimate based on your postal code and the items in your order.

If your order includes items from different brands, everything is delivered together, so the longest timeline applies. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays, stock and remote locations.
Booking your delivery
Once your order is ready, our team will call you to book a delivery day that suits you. We’ll give you a delivery window, and our driver can call ahead on the day. Please make sure your phone number and any delivery notes (stairs, buzzer code, parking) are correct at checkout.
On delivery day
- White-glove delivery within our free delivery zone: we bring your order into the room of your choice and take away the packaging on request.
- Old mattress removal is available for $50 within our free delivery zone. Add it when we call to book your delivery.
- An adult (18+) must be home to receive the delivery.
- Please clear a path to the bedroom and remove your old bedding beforehand.
- Inspect your order before the team leaves. If anything is damaged or wrong, tell the driver or contact us within 48 hours.
- White-glove service may be limited outside our 250 km zone, where orders may arrive by carrier to your door.
Measure before you order
Mattresses, especially pillow tops and king sizes, are large and don’t bend. Please measure doorways, stairways, halls and elevators to make sure your order will fit. Our team can’t take items through windows or over balconies, or remove doors or railings.
Missed or rescheduled deliveries
Need to change your delivery day? Please let us know at least 24 hours before. If nobody is home for a booked delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.
Bed-in-a-box shipping
Our bed-in-a-box mattresses arrive compressed and rolled in a box, delivered to your door by courier anywhere in Canada. Unbox the mattress in the room where it will go, and give it up to 24–48 hours to expand fully before sleeping on it.
Picking up from our showroom
Prefer to collect it yourself? Bed-in-a-box mattresses and some accessories can be picked up from our showroom at 1285 Caledonia Road, North York. Contact us to arrange a pickup time.
