Real reviews from real sleepers.

My experience with Sleep Masters was very good. Excellent customer service and very friendly individuals. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you and I love my bed.

Purchased the Savoy mattress. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Mattress came exactly on the day we requested, the delivery team was very efficient and pleasant, and set up was completed very well. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Staff were friendly and informative, and our mattress is very comfortable for the price!

I needed to upgrade to a king size mattress, Ali made the whole experience super easy. Quick delivery solved my sleep problems in just a couple days. The prices and policy are reasonable, and you can return or exchange if it doesn't work out (unlike other stores which screws you over). I love my new mattress.

Extremely happy with our new black tufted bed (headboard, footboard, frame). Looks very elegant and bed is sturdy! Easy to assemble also. Service was amazing. Both Ali (sales) and Baris (delivery) were extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this bed and Sleep Masters to everyone!!

It started with the delivery, the driver was awesome, full of energy and very confident. He brought up the bed and bedset by himself. Then l put it together in less then 10 minutes. My wife and l love the bed. We love no coils and we enjoy an awesome sleep every nite. No pain in back anymore.

Purchased a Queen mattress from Sleep Masters Canada 2 months ago and I have waited to make sure I am really happy with my selection and I really am. I cannot believe I did not pay double the price for such a quality and comfortable mattress. The service was also incredible as I changed my delivery date twice due to moving dates being changed. Definitely the best place to buy a mattress in Toronto. Thanks guys!

Sleep master sales the best product and fair price. Product quality is perfect!! Workers are perfect!! Delivery on the right time!! Same bed in other stores double price and cheaper quality!! Thanks to sleep master!!

Ali was very friendly and knowledgeable about the mattress. We purchased Serta icomfort and are enjoying it so much. Delivery guys were very prompt and friendly, gave us a call prior to the arrival. Thank you very much for your help!

I love my new bed frame. The colour and material was even better than what was expected. I got it delivered right to my door in my condo at the exact time he said he would come and only a day after I expressed interest. Excellent service and prompt turn around. I highly recommend!

I have had a great experience with Sleep Masters Canada: very efficient communication, good quality products, great prices and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I had tried ordering via Amazon but there was an issues with the shipment. Ali was very knowledgeable about mattresses and my needs and recommended one that would work. The shipping was extremely fast and the prices were fair. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that's looking.

The absolute best mattress buying experience. From Ali being incredibly helpful and flexible to the friendly delivery team going above and beyond. Combined with the best quality and priced mattresses I've come across, I will be getting all our future bedding needs through Sleep Masters and suggest my friends and family do the same.

What a great experience. The team at sleep masters we’re not only professional but extremely polite. They really worked around my hectic schedule, which is very much appreciated. Polite, professional and pricing was on point. Great quality mattress. I will definitely be purchasing again from this company again.

Quick, efficient, and best of all: WELL WORTH THE MONEY SPENT!!!! Honestly - you’re wasting time if you think you’re gonna get better service at such a great price point elsewhere. These guys know how to make their customers happy 🙂

Good customer service, knowledgeable about their products, and overall good shopping experience.

Professional and friendly staff, they show that they care for their costumers, highly recommended this place.

Extremely comfortable easy to assemble fair price fast delivery extremely great concept for people who need a matress

I was well overdue for a new bed and when I found these guys on Facebook I was a bit sceptical. Traditionally a bed is bought in store after several trips of laying on it and asking a hundred questions. From first contact to deivery Ali & Baris were as professional as they come. OH, the bed is beautiful and the matress extremely comfortable! With all that's been going on it felt really good to have this win all from the comfort of my desk at home. Thanks guys! Would definetly recommend!

Ali at Sleepmaster was knowledge and professional. I bought a new mattress for my son. He advised us on the proper product and even gave us a discount and free mattress cover. We thought it was too good to be true. We wanted to shop at a local store to support our local community. Glad I did!

Great customer service from Ali, as well as his brother & coworker who helped deliver the bed for free. Ali was very helpful with the process of choosing the appropriate bed & educated us on different coil types and mattresses etc. Overall, 10/10 service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended

Recently I purchased a bed at Sleepmasters on Caledonia Rd. Ali' the owner, treated me as if i were a friend. His patients, and great service was outstanding in helping me to me to find the perfect bed. Thank you Ali, and Delivery staff. Great Job

Great and friendly customer service, fast delivery, and the best quality mattresses to fit anyone's price range. The sales representative is very helpful and informative. Excellent place to purchase a mattress. Highly recommended!

We needed custom made mattresses for our adjustable beds and my brother suggested Sleep Masters. My husband and I went to meet with Ali who was extremely pleasant and answered all our questions. He assured us of the quality and said they would be ready in 2 weeks. The mattresses were delivered by his brother Barris, who was very cheerful. We thoroughly love our mattresses, they are truly comfortable. We highly recommend Sleep Masters.

Ali and his team are very professional. Great and timely communication with excellent service for most competitive prices in the city. Highly recommend to check them out!

Very happy with our experience with SleepMasters. Ali’s service was exceptional; what really impressed was his proactive communication on the status of our order (due Covid, we had to wait for the manufacture our mattress), as well as the immediate delivery once received from Simmons. Pricing was competitive. We are very happy with our mattress purchase.

I was looking for a great bed and was not happy with the selection I was finding at some of the larger Franchises in Toronto. I came across Sleep Master on line and decided to check it out. The Owner Ali was great and within a short amount of time with his help I order a bed and I absolutely LOVE IT! Having a great bed and great service is the ultimate shopping experience. The delivery was quick and efficient.

Ali is a dream to work with. He is so pleasant and accommodating. I haven’t experienced service like this in decades. I would highly recommend Sleepmasters at 1285 Caledonia Rd. to anyone who wants an excellent product, excellent service and excellent communication throughout the transaction.

At first i was worried since my delivery was supposed to come in before 11 and they were pushing an hour late. I gave a quick call to Ali and he got in touch swiftly to ensure me about the status of my delivery was on its way. We ended up rescheduling for later in the afternoon where they were able to arrive on time. They were professional and careful about switching out my old mattress with the new one. Very confident and apologetic for the mix up earlier. Overall I would say that the service provided to me was very good.

They were proactive and answered all my questions regarding my mattress purchase. They even held it for me a little longer as I needed it for a move. Thank you!

This company has exceptional customer service, and was a pleasure to work with. From the initial enquiry right through to the delivery process, the staff and service was amazing!

I have been enjoying very comfortable sleeps since it was delivered and set up for me. Ali and his delivery men went above and beyond for me as I made a couple of errors measuring my requirements. It is not easy to find a mattress that suits you, but thanks to Sleep Masters, I now own a great Aurora Gel mattress that allows me to rest without tossing and turning in my sleep. I do not regret splurging on the mattress, especially since the staff have been doing everything above and beyond to help us ensure comfort in these uncertain times!

It was a fantastic experience! Quite easy. We selected the type of the mattress we were looking for. It was tailored within a day as per the European size which was not available in Canada and delivered at our door step right after that.
