Most GTA deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days. For orders outside Ontario, please allow 5–12 business days.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is free across the GTA and up to 250 km from our Toronto showroom. Beyond that, delivery is $100–125 depending on the distance. Bed-in-a-box mattresses ship anywhere in Canada.
What if I don’t like my new mattress?
You have a 100-night sleep trial to exchange it for a different one. Unopened mattresses can also be returned within 30 days for a refund, less 30%.
Exchanges and returns are available across the GTA and up to 250 km from our Toronto showroom.
What warranty do your mattresses have?
Our mattresses come with a 10, 15 or 20-year warranty from the manufacturer, depending on the model. If you ever need to make a claim, we’ll forward it to the manufacturer for you.
How do I know when it’s time for a new mattress?
Most mattresses last around 10–15 years. If yours is sagging, lumpy, or you wake up stiff or sore, it’s probably time for a change.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Choose Affirm at checkout to split your purchase into monthly payments.
