Shopping for a new mattress can be tricky and we are well aware of this. We are all built differently and we all need different types of mattresses in order to get the optimal support and pressure relief. We provide free delivery within the Greater Toronto Area, for all our Mattresses, Box springs and Bed Frames. Your order will be delivered to you via our very own delivery professionals, in our own trucks.
At Sleep Masters Canada, we provide Canada wide shipping for all our Bed in a Box Mattresses (mattresses that come rolled up), whether you live in Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver or other cities across Canada.

This is a very good question and one that we think about ourselves everyday. Really, why should you be a client of ours? Well first and foremost, we truly believe that we have the right fit mattress for every kind of client. No matter your budget, body type, sleep preferences and/or needs, we promise to find a mattress that is going to work best for you. However, we would also like to emphasize that no sale is final at Sleep Masters! We are always here to help if any issues occur with your selection and we are able to exchange or even take back your mattress and offer a full refund. So essentially, there is zero risk when purchasing from Sleep Masters Canada.
Great question! So firstly, within the Greater Toronto Area, we ship all of our mattresses free of charge! Shipping times will vary depending on the mattress. Most mattresses will be delivered within 2-4 business days. Some mattresses can take up to 7-10 business days. If you are ordering from outside of Ontario, please allow 7-12 business days for your mattress to arrive. Shipping is free of charge for all Ontario orders. For all other provinces, a shipping fee of $50-$100 will be applied.
All of our mattresses come with a 100 night sleep trial. If for any reason within this period you feel unhappy with your selection, we can absolutely exchange for another mattress that may be a better fit for you. If you prefer to return your mattress without an exchange, this must be done within the first 14 days after your delivery and the merchandise must be unopened. You will be entitled to a refund minus 10% of your order total. Exchanges/returns are limited to Ontario clients only.
Yes! All of our mattresses come with a warranty period of either 2, 5, 10 or 15 years. The warranty is with each manufacturer that we work with and any warranty issues need to be submitted to the manufacturers directly. However, we are here to help! If you prefer to communicate with us instead, we will happily forward your warranty requests to the manufacturer for you.
This question is a little more difficult to answer since there are many factors involved such as the quality of the mattress, body weight of client(s), sleep style and many more. Generally speaking, a top of the line mattress can last approximately 10-15 years.
If you are seeing any dips/sags on the surface of your mattress, it is probably no longer giving you optimal support and it may be time to change.
Absolutely! Our goal is to make it feasible for anyone to purchase the mattress of their dreams! We do not want you to go with a lesser quality mattress because you are not able to pay for the better quality mattress in one go.
