With its ultra plush euro pillowtop, the Marcela is ideal for side sleepers, lighter sleepers and anyone who loves to sink into a soft, cushioned bed. Two coil systems keep your spine supported underneath. If you sleep mainly on your stomach or prefer a firmer feel, the Mon Chéri or Mon Trésor will suit you better.
Yes. Its TENCEL™ cover is enhanced with cooling fibres that feel cool to the touch, latex and silk and wool fibres are breathable, and eight AirVents™ in the border pull warm air away from your body during the night.
Lux Estate is Stearns & Foster’s top collection, designed with its finest materials for enhanced cooling and elevated support, pressure relief and durability. Compared with the Estate models, the Marcela adds a cooling cover, a latex comfort layer, IntelliCoil® Micro HD, more coils and eight AirVents™.
Sleep on it for up to 100 nights. If it isn’t right for you, you can exchange it once for a different mattress, and you’re free to choose another model or brand. If your new mattress costs more, you simply pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference. Exchanges are available in Ontario within 250 km of our showroom.
The Marcela is 17¼″ tall. We recommend deep-pocket fitted sheets designed for mattresses up to 18–20″.
The Marcela is built with its comfort layers on top, so it should not be flipped. Rotate it 180° every 3 to 6 months to help it wear evenly.
Yes. The Marcela is shown on an adjustable base by Stearns & Foster, and it also works on a firm box spring or a platform bed with slats no more than 3″ apart. Queen and king sizes need a frame with centre support. Ask us and we’ll recommend the right foundation.
Your Stearns & Foster® mattress has a 10-year limited warranty from the manufacturer that covers defects in materials and workmanship, such as broken or loose coils or body impressions deeper than the manufacturer’s limit. If an issue comes up, contact us first and we’ll handle the claim with Stearns & Foster for you.

I know very soft mattresses are not for everyone but I love it so much and I just want to give some praise to the 2 delivery guys because we got a King and this mattress is so heavy that they struggled a lot, but they managed to get it up in the end and they were also so careful with their surroundings going up the stairs. So this wasn’t our first choice we went with the Beautyrest Ultra Plush first and unfortunately it was not soft enough so we used our exchange to upgrade to the Stearns and Foster Ultra Plush and finally we’ve got exactly what we wanted. If you want a REALLY soft mattress don’t bother trying something else like we did and just go for this one in the first place and you won’t regret it.
