    I went in and asked for the softest mattress they have and they showed me the Royal Riviera mattress as this Savoy was not in the showroom. The Royal Riviera was also beautiful but then they said that the same manufacturer has the Savoy mattress which is even a little softer. I trusted them as they were so knowledgeable and actually educated me on the mattresses which was great. I ordered the Savoy even without trying it and I am delighted!

    Mattresses seem to be rocket science nowadays which I don’t understand but this mattress is more like something I am used to. Just a good old pocket coil mattress with a pillowtop that is soft at the top.

    It has not yet been very long since we started using our mattress but so far it really is extremely comfortable. Our only complaint is that it had an odor the first day and we had to open up a couple of windows to air it out. It was gone within a couple of hours.

Ali at the store told me they are pretty much the exact same mattress with this one just having an additional foam layer so it was a tiny bit better. I decided to go with this one but I appreciate that he was honest with me and did not push me towards either option, he let me decide between the two and I am very pleased with this.

    After a whole month of research and testing out different mattresses I can safely say that mattress shopping is such a difficult thing to do! We are just so glad to have found you guys because nobody made it as easy as you guys to narrow down our options and actually explain to us which types of mattresses would work better for us. You guys deserve all the best because there just isn’t service like this anywhere anymore. Visiting your store made me realize that making mattress recommendations to people is nonsense because we are all so different, so I can’t say that I recommend this mattress because I don’t know who is going to read this and I don’t know if it will work for them, but what I can say is that the mattress is perfect for us but more importantly, if you need a new mattress you should contact Sleep Masters.

    I was lucky enough to be able to test this mattress out at the Dreamstar factory but they wouldn’t allow me to purchase there as they don’t sell the mattresses directly from the factory. They asked me to contact sleep masters as the closest retailer for their mattresses and I found it here and got a good deal. Not sure if I am supposed to say this but I spoke with Ali and he gave me a coupon code for 10% off so I would advise reaching out before placing an order and maybe you will get the same

    Firstly for anyone reading this at the time of this review sleep masters do not have this mattress in their showroom. We went in and tried a different mattress which is almost identical to this one, but not as soft. So when we tried the other one which was almost perfect, Ali told us there is one that is just 10% softer, and that was this Savoy mattress. We liked the other one so much so we thought if it is just 10% softer, it would be perfect and we were right. This mattress is perfect if you like soft mattresses.

    It’s a great mattress but of course I can’t say that I recommend it for everyone. If you like soft mattresses then by all means go for it you will not be dissapointed but of course if you like firm beds then yeah this is not for you.

    Dreamstar Savoy bed is extremely comfortable and I would advise people to speak with Ali at Sleep Masters as he is very helpful and informative with his recommendations. Maybe he won’t recommend this mattress to you but if he does you should go for it because it is so so good.

    First of all if you have been looking for a mattress and you don’t know where to go let me tell you now that you need to go to Sleep Masters Canada because they have been delightful to deal with, and I am convinced they have to be the best mattress store in Toronto. I walked out purchasing this Savoy bed and I love my mattress so much, but beyonf that it is the tailored approach that I received from them to help me pick a mattress that is good for my body and the way I sleep, but also helped me with the price more than I thought would be possible. Finally, the delivery guys were amazing, I was surprised to see two young guys probably in their 20’s but they were amazing.
