    To be honest I’ve always had a traditional coil mattress with a pillowtop and i’ve always slept quite well but I decided I will try something different for a change and see whether my sleep can be any better. I tried this one in the store and it felt very different but very comfortable. Of course i was only in the showroom for 15-20 minutes but I did end up purchasing and i’ve been using this mattress for 2 weeks and it really is a very well made mattress.

    Moved to Toronto just a few weeks ago from Dubai and I slept on a memory foam mattress like this back home and really loved it so I was hoping to get something similar. I did a little research and these guys had this icomfort mattress which looked very similar and I tried it in store to make sure, it is perfect. The guy in the store helped me out with delivery timing and not to mention, pricing 🙂 Very happy with the custom service.

    My first time getting an all foam mattress and I was a little hesitant to do so but it was recommended to me by my chiropractor. For reference i’m a lighter person and a side sleeper who previously had a lot of hip pain and although it’s not completely gone away, it is a lot better at the moment. It’s only been 2 weeks since I got my mattress so I’m hoping that it gets even better with time. But I definitely do recommend this mattress and this company either way, they were brilliant from start to finish.

    I have no problem with you guys at all, in fact your service was impeccable but I cannot give this mattress anything more than 2 stars. I was very interested in this mattress for two reasons, cooling and being soft. Unfortunately, the mattress is not soft enough and the cooling works TOO good! The mattress is borderline cold when laying in it and it’s just too much.

    Your mattress and service is top quality and after using our new mattress for 2 weeks we are loving it. Maybe a little nitpick but the mattress had a little offgassing smell for the first night which was a little concerning but it is now gone

    There is zero motion sensing on this mattress and that’s really important for me as I am a VERY light sleeper and almost anything can wake me up, so I am very happy about that and overall the mattress is very comfortable and I don’t feel any pressure points anywhere so, I think it’s a great choice tbh.

    For the first week or so I was really enjoying the mattress but I think this may have just been the excitement of a new mattress after sleeping on a really bad one for so long. After that ‘honeymoon’ period, I felt that the mattress was not actually plush enough. Maybe that works for others but for me I need my mattress to be really soft otherwise my shoulders feel very stiff in the morning. Didn’t work for me.

    This mattress was not so good for me. It was pretty comfortable at first but I think that was just the cooling side of it which I will say is great. But after a while you find yourself in like a cave with the way the mattress hugs you and I’m just not used to this foam type bed.
