Frequently Asked Questions
Its plush euro top is ideal for side sleepers and lighter sleepers who love a soft, cushioned bed. If you sleep mainly on your back or stomach, or prefer more support, the medium Panacea or the firm Simplicity will suit you better.
Yes. It’s engineered with cooling performance technologies: the CoolFeel™ Plus cover is cool to the touch, and the Cool Twist® Gel Memory Foam helps enhance airflow and heat dissipation, while the coil system lets air move through the mattress.
Sleep on it for up to 100 nights. If it isn’t right for you, you can exchange it once for a different mattress, and you’re free to choose another model or brand. If your new mattress costs more, you simply pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference. Exchanges are available in Ontario within 250 km of our showroom.
The coil system is divided into three zones: comfort under your shoulders, support in the middle and comfort under your legs. The firmer centre third, plus the Serta® Relief-Gel Zone above it, gives your lower back and hips extra support for all-night alignment.
The Sora has its comfort layers on top only, so it should not be flipped. Rotate it 180° every 3 to 6 months to help it wear evenly.
Yes. Serta lists the Sora as adjustable-base friendly. It also works on a firm box spring or a platform bed with slats no more than 3″ apart. Queen and king sizes need a frame with centre support.
Perfect Sleeper® mattresses are made in Canada with domestic and imported parts, and their foams are CertiPUR-US® certified for content, emissions and durability.
Perfect Sleeper® mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty from Serta that covers defects in materials and workmanship, such as broken coils or body impressions deeper than the manufacturer’s limit. If an issue comes up, contact us first and we’ll handle the claim with Serta for you.

Phillip P –
Excellent mattress! We purchased this mattress not too long ago and the sleep we are getting is better than ever. Helps us remain cool too!
Nessie –
We have had this mattress for a few weeks now and my husband and I both really like it
Joceleyne B –
I am very happy with my purchase. I got to choose my own delivery date and the delivery guys were on time and really efficient and also helped me with placing the mattress onto my bed frame. I definitely recommend this place.
Casey –
The customer service and delivery was perfect and the mattress also seems to be working really well!
Lindsay –
We purchased a total of 3 mattresses for our new home and this is one of them. Definitely a beautiful mattress, we are so happy with it but also the delivery service was excellent.
Joseph –
I am very pleased with my purchase. I got to choose my delivery date. Delivery guys were quick, professional and on time. I am still adjusting to the feel of the mattress but it is definitely very comfortable and I am waking up without any pains.
Stephanie –
Honestly, this mattress is so comfortable I look forward to going to sleep every night.
Greg –
This mattress has been simply phenomenal
Seb –
A very comfortable mattress with good support especially for my hips which I have had trouble with before.
Ricki –
Been sleeping on this mattress for a little over a week now and it seems to get more comfortable every night. It’s also definitely cooler than my previous mattress and I used to have issues with my hips when I slept on my sides but I don’t feel that on this mattress.
Michele –
We have been purchasing from this brand for years now and always have been satisfied. This mattress has also turned out to be great.
Marden –
Started 2024 with all fresh furniture including this mattress and so far so good! Very comfortable mattress and a seamless transaction process over the phone.
Savannah K –
Overall I am satisfied with the mattress and also the service. My only complaint is that the mattress protector cover we purchased from you does not fit on this mattress. It should say on the protector cover that it only works for mattresses up to 14″ in height.
Jonathan –
If you’re like me and you like plush mattresses you can’t go wrong with this option. Just before you purchase I will warn you that the mattress is really tall so make sure you can accommodate that with your sheets and headboard. Other than that the mattress is amazing.
Ayla –
The mattress is not even soft and it is supposed to be plush?
Dan –
What a perfect darn mattress and you guys are great!
Boris –
I found it a little too soft but thanks to Baris who made it easy for me to exchange to a beautyrest medium model which is a lot better for me
Bernard –
I think this is the most comfortable soft mattress I have had because it takes the shape of my body perfectly in every position. I am someone who turns a lot so this is very important for me that I get support in every position.
Rodrigo –
Muy bien! Gracias por todo!
Ilda –
This is a game changer of a mattress! So comfortable and helps relieve the pain I had in my hips!
Georges –
Mattress is a little big but I cannot deny the comfort, it is amazingly comfortable
Olivia –
Wish the mattress was not so big but I can’t fault the comfort and quality, it’s beautiful.
Amira –
was comfortable for first week or so but after that we found that it was not so good for our back
Sird –
Whoever is considering getting this mattress, I say go for it, honestly you are going to love it. P.S. I am not responsible if you don’t love it but I’m sure you will!
Darius –
Avoid it like the plague! Not comfortable and not plush, also the pillow top feels weird.
Dogu –
Very pleased with the mattress and the friendly delivery guys who were literally in and out within 5 minutes
Shelley –
I could not have been happier with everything from the moment I first spoke to someone to the delivery and how amazing the mattress is. You guys are amazing and I wish you all the best!!
Ange –
Really soft mattress and for me it is really comfortable too but because it is so soft, if you are a back sleeper maybe you won’t like it so to each their own
Antonio –
It’s very soft and comfortable but you can also feel that it is very strong
Mayim –
Don’t want to make it sound too dramatic but I honestly think this is the best mattress I have ever had and for context, I have had 5 or 6 only in the last 10 years so I have had a few to say the least!
Odessa –
Overall the mattress is a very good one but my only complaint is it is very heavy
Steve –
Great service and mattress I got at Sleep Masters and the mattress was delivered to me very quickly. Also the guys they took away my old mattress without charge and placed the new one on the frame for me, so I did nothing but answer the door, great service.
Sammy –
Not been sleeping on it for very long but so far it’s been an absolute treat
