Delivery is free on mattresses, box springs and bed frames to every part of Toronto, including North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, East York, York and downtown, and to the surrounding cities: Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Milton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Newmarket, Aurora, Hamilton and beyond. How long mattress delivery takes in Toronto
Delivery time depends on the brand. Canadian-made Dreamstar and Organic Meadow mattresses are made close to Toronto, so they arrive fastest. Your cart and checkout show an estimate for your postal code before you pay.

If your order includes items from more than one brand, everything is delivered together on one day, so the longest timeline applies. Delivery times are estimates; weather, holidays and stock levels can affect them.
What happens on delivery day
- We call to book. When your order is ready, our team calls you to choose a delivery day that suits you and gives you a delivery window. The driver can call ahead on the day.
- Two-person, white-glove delivery. Inside our free zone, the team carries your mattress, box spring or frame into the room of your choice and takes the packaging away on request.
- Your old mattress. We can take your old mattress away for $50. Removal is available inside our free delivery zone (Toronto, the GTA and within 250 km of our showroom); add it when you book.
- Check it before the team leaves. An adult (18 or older) needs to be home. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, tell the driver or contact us within 48 hours.
Please add stairs, a buzzer code or parking instructions to the delivery notes at checkout. For condo deliveries, book the service elevator for the delivery window if your building requires it.
Condos, stairs and tight spaces
Mattresses do not bend, and pillow-top and king mattresses are large. Before you order, measure your doorways, stairwell, hallway turns and elevator. If space is tight, three options help:
- Mattress in a box. Our mattress-in-a-box models, including the Serta Perfect Day line, arrive rolled and compressed in a box that fits any elevator, then expand in a few hours.
- Split box springs. Ask about a split foundation for a queen or king: it comes in two halves that are much easier to carry up a staircase.
- Split king. Two single XL mattresses side by side make a king and each half fits through a standard door.
Showroom pickup and Canada-wide shipping
Prefer to take it home yourself? Mattress-in-a-box models and many accessories can be picked up from our showroom at 1285 Caledonia Rd, North York; call us to arrange a pickup time. Outside Ontario, mattress-in-a-box models ship anywhere in Canada by carrier to your door.

Do you set up bed frames?
Our delivery team brings bed frames into the room of your choice. Ask when you book if you would like help with assembly.
