The Ultimate Comfort Gel has a firm feel, so it’s best for back and stomach sleepers, heavier sleepers and anyone who prefers to sleep on top of the mattress rather than sink in. If you sleep mainly on your side, a medium or plush model will be kinder to your shoulders and hips.

Yes. It has two cooling layers: Visco Cooling Gel at the surface and copper gel below, both designed to move heat away from your body.

Sleep on it for up to 100 nights. If it isn’t right for you, you can exchange it once for a different mattress, and you’re free to choose another model or brand. If your new mattress costs more, you simply pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference. Exchanges and returns are available across the GTA and up to 250 km from our Toronto showroom.

The Ultimate Comfort Gel is a one-sided mattress, so it should not be flipped. Rotate it 180° every 3 to 6 months to help it wear evenly.

Use a firm box spring, a solid platform or a slatted base with slats no more than 3″ apart. Queen and king sizes need a frame with centre support. A sagging or broken base can affect comfort and your warranty, so if yours is worn, it’s worth replacing it. Not sure? Ask us and we’ll recommend the right foundation for the Ultimate Comfort Gel.

This mattress has a 10-year limited warranty from Dreamstar that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, such as broken coils or body impressions deeper than the manufacturer’s limit. If an issue comes up, contact us first and we’ll handle the claim with Dreamstar for you.
