Mattress delivery and shopping in Markham
Markham is about 25 km and 30 minutes from our showroom at 1285 Caledonia Rd, inside our free delivery zone. Every mattress, box spring and bed frame is delivered free to Unionville, Milliken, Cornell, Wismer, Berczy Village, Cachet, Greensborough and the rest of Markham.
Getting to our showroom from Markham
From Markham, take Highway 407 west to the 400 south, then the 401 east and exit at Keele St or Dufferin St; head south to Lawrence Ave W and Caledonia Rd is between the two. Highway 7 west to Dufferin St and then south is the simpler route from Unionville and Markham Centre outside rush hour.
Delivering to Markham homes and condos
Markham deliveries split between newer subdivisions and condo towers. The detached and semi-detached homes in Cornell, Wismer, Berczy Village and Greensborough usually take a queen or king without trouble, and many of the heritage homes around Main Street Unionville have narrower stairs where a split box spring or a two-sided flippable mattress makes the move easier.
For the condo towers in Markham Centre, Downtown Markham and along Highway 7, book your building’s service elevator for the delivery window we give you and our two-person team will bring the mattress straight to the bedroom. Old mattress removal is $50; just ask when we call to book.
What to try in the showroom
Markham shoppers often compare us with the big-box stores along Highway 7 and Woodbine. Bring the model numbers you have seen and we will put the equivalent Beautyrest, Serta, Sealy or Stearns & Foster next to a Canadian-made Dreamstar so you can feel the difference, with the price difference explained plainly by a sleep expert who is not on commission.

Markham is a straight run west along the 407 or Highway 7 to our showroom. We deliver to the newer subdivisions in Cornell and Wismer as well as the older streets of Markham Village, with free delivery on every mattress.
Instead of a different showroom in every suburb, we run one well-stocked showroom in North York and bring the mattress to you. That keeps our prices lower than the chains and lets you try the same Beautyrest, Serta, Sealy and Stearns & Foster models you will find downtown, alongside Dreamstar mattresses made just up the road in Ontario.
Every mattress we deliver to Markham comes with free white-glove delivery, a 100-night sleep trial on most models and a non-commissioned sleep expert who has probably already answered the question you are about to ask. Not sure where to start? The Mattress Selector narrows it down in about a minute.

What you get that the big-box stores don’t
Our team is paid to find the right mattress, not the most expensive one. Expect a straight answer about firmness, cooling and what you can skip.
Dreamstar builds two-sided, flippable mattresses in Ontario. They last longer, cost less and are a favourite with Markham families.
Give your body a month to adjust. If it still isn’t right, exchange it once within 100 nights for a better fit.
Delivered to the bedroom, not the curb, with an adjustable base or bed frame set up if you ordered one.
