Delivery & Shipping Policy

Canada Wide Delivery

At Sleep Masters Canada, we provide free of charge shipping for all our Bed in Box Mattresses (mattresses that come rolled up) and Accessories for most locations within Ontario. For more remote areas of Ontario or for orders placed from all other provinces, there will be a shipping fee of $50-$100 applied. Your order will be delivered via one of our shipping partners such as Purolator or UPS. This service is for orders placed anywhere in Canada outside of the Greater Toronto Area. With this service, your mattress will be delivered roll packed in a box.

Greater Toronto Area Only

For all the other Mattresses (that don’t come rolled in a box), Box springs and Bed Frames, we provide free delivery within the Greater Toronto Area Only. Your order will be delivered to you via our very own delivery professionals, in our own trucks.

Delivery Time

For orders placed in-store or online in the Greater Toronto Area, your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days for most mattresses. Maximum deliver time for any mattress is 7-10 business days. For orders placed online, outside of the Greater Toronto Area, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.
